As per government guidelines, to minimise the spreading of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers from now until the 3rd of July 2020. Reasonable evidence must be provided upon arrival, and if not provided, could result in your booking being cancelled upon arrival.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property and bookings are now open to the public. Reservations will only be accepted for the public if the check-in date is after the 4th of July 2020.

At Hyde Park Hotels, your safety is our primary concern. As a result, we have launched a unique cleaning programme: HPH Clean Promise – That is why we have made some changes in line with government guidelines.

Reception and Public Area:

  • Social Distancing – We have marked our public areas to keep the 2m social distancing.
  • Provision of Hand Sanitiser – everyone will need to sanitise their hand before they enter the hotel.
  • Safety Screen at the reception to protect our staff members and our guests
  • Reduced contact at check-in by using our online check-in – You can now check-in and enter all your information online before coming to the hotel.
  • Sanitised Keys: Each key will be cleaned and sanitised regularly.
  • Paperless check-out: No need to pop-in to check-out. Invoices will be emailed to you directly
  • Additional Deep Cleaning of popular touch surfaces – using anti-viral cleaning products.


  • All floors are vacuumed/mopped with disinfectants.
  • We disinfect everything (door handles, remote controls, kettles, hair dryers, bedside cabinets…)
  • Our bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned with disinfecting products including the tiles and floors.
  • New laundry protocol – Our linen undergoes a high temperature cleaning process.
  • Room Inspections: each room will be inspected by our head housekeepers before being released to our guests.

If you have stayed with us before, you will notice a few changes in your journey, as we have implemented best practise to keep our guest and staff members safe.

  • Social distancing between guests at check-in – Floors stickers to help you stay 2m apart.
  • Hand sanitiser at the entrance of the hotel and in all our major communal areas.
  • Safety Screen between receptionists and guests.
  • Lifts can only be used for 1 group at a time.
  • Our buffet breakfast is currently unavailable.
  • We have introduced an area for food deliveries – just ask them to drop it in the designated area for contact free delivery.
  • Reduced contact at check-in by using our online check-in – You can now check-in and enter all your information online before coming to the hotel.

We have introduced free-cancellation reservations until further notice –payments will only be taken a day before your arrival.

While our luggage room is temporarily closed till further notice, we have extended our check-in and check-out procedures to allow flexibility for our guest, meaning you will be able to keep your luggage in your rooms. (subject to availability).
